Dr. Lori Tam, MD

This was my first office visit with Dr. Tam. I was very impressed. I sent her a list of my questions and concerns the night before my appointment and she was able to review it in advance of our appointment and we touched on all of the issues that I had. I am very comfortable with Dr. Tam and I would highly recommend her to others.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Tam. She was recommended by a family friend that works at Providence. My wife and I both met with Dr. Tam about my care. She answered all our questions. The advice nurses during and after hours are great and get right back to us.

Dr. Tam was obviously very familiar with my records and answered my questions before I asked them. I was very happy with her recommendations and her plan for the immediate future. She has a very pleasing demeanor and upbeat attitude.

Dr Tam is exceptional! I was in the ER on Saturday, Monday was a holiday and she saw me on Tuesday, She's very respectful, listens collaborates and shares relevant information about possible medical issues we are exploring. She has all of the medical information on my history over many years available and answers my questions with clear, concise explanations. In addition, she's compassionate and supportive. A 10 plus!! The entire B team is great and has always provided excellent support and good advice when I've called in the past. So grateful for this excellent care!

Dr. Tam is a wonderful and excellent cardiologist. She has a good handle on my health history, and focuses on my issues during the visit. She explains things very clearly, and provides clear advice. I highly recommend her to anyone, and have sent my friends to her. She has a pleasing personality, listens to all concerns and provides very good care/treatment.

Dr. Tam doesn't need my good rating. Everyone that goes to her knows she's the best care you can get! I had some chest pain and she immediately got me a nuclear stress test and a follow up appointment. She totally put me at ease in a scary situation.

Efficient but not rushed.

We moved from out of state so it's difficult to get appt w/ new providers. I had appt scheduled waiting about 6 wks . PCP sent referral for urgency as his BP has been very low & Irratic . Finally called w/ next day appt w / different Dr than originally scheduled. Dr Tam was wonderful, very reassuring & familiar w/ this being normal w/ PD . She ordered additional tests to be safe .
