I felt every question on my list was answered fully, politely, and did not seem to be rushed. I did not feel as though anyone was in a hurry although I believe with the number of appointments, they had to fit into one day due to the snowstorm they probably were rushed, but they did not make me feel that way.

My basal cell surgery
When I heard the words ,'You have a basal cell carcinoma on your nose', I was terrified. But Dr. Oyer's work on my nose & cheek is truly phenomenal. My friends & family are astonished that one week ago I had a second surgery on my nose & cheek. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Oyer and his team. They made what could have been a horrible experience much easier. I expect to have little to no scarring.

They wouldn't get to finish the question "do you know a good otolaryngologist?" I would already have Dr. Oyer's card out saying that he and his team at UVA are more than worth the 5 hour round trip.
