Unhelpful, Unkind, and disrespectful
This doctor was one of the rudest people I have ever had the chance of having. He came into the room proclaiming that he was my new hospitalist. He told me “how things are going to work in his hospital” for a fairly new doctor he acted like he knew everything. I’ll tell you he could use some training in how to speak with patients. He stood over me trying to intimidate me as I disagreed with some of his choices after being in the hospital for two weeks at this point. He said if I didn’t like it I could leave but it would be AMA and that he would be happy to send me home and get that paperwork from me. He also attempted to intimidate my family who were there to support me as the hospital had not been giving me information and they were worried. When they too told him they did not agree he was baligerant and nasty to them. After this poor care I decide to leave AMA even with my health as poor as it was. If you ever get this guy as a doctor run the other way. He is rude and disrespectful.
