Best MD we have had
She listens to her patients unlike many others. She has literally saved my husband's life while he was in the hospital after an abdominal surgery. We would not go anywhere else. We greatly appreciate her skills and her attention to details..

I filled out something online stating that I was interested in becoming a new patient. Literally, weeks later, I got a voicemail asking me to call the office. I called during 'normal business hours' and had to leave a voicemail for a return call. I've called numerous times since then and no one ever answers.

Respect for our troops but her personality adopted the worst traits. You are hust a number and she schedules many patients at a time so she gets $$$$$$$$$ Don't go unless you're a gambler. Sometimes she has a good day and wants to be a doctor.

Do not recommend!!!!!! You have to fill out about 50 pages of questions, to be In the room about 10 mins. She will go through the pages rapidly takes your pulse and shows you the door and bills insurance for a physical. No questions asked. She has no personal connection with patients but quick to get that money from insurance

It has gotten very hard to get a diagnosis and questions answered out of this Dr. Cintron’s office, repeat issues are not being addressed, no follow up to previous medical issues are being addressed. No help in getting a referral to a specialist after asking for one.

I highly recommend Dr Cintrón. I’ve been her patient since before 2003. She is also my mom’s doctor. She’s a brilliant, professional, caring physician that listens to her patients and provides them excellent care. I trust her diagnosis and treatments.

Dr Cintron is the best, professional and knowledgeable, but the staff horrible , they are there on ly for the money not the patient. I had to call my insurance company for coverage, they don’t call the insurance and after I talked to the insurance company the lady from the insurance wanted to talk to someone of the staff and they said no, that they didn’t needed to talk to the insurance , what kind of service. I continue going to Dr Cintron because she is a good doctor

Dr Cintron is a very good and professional Doctor, but her staff is horrible and she know this and yet keeps them there. Dr Cintron has not taken responsibility for her staff. Therefore she doesn't care about her patients. We're sick and on top of that she has such rude and disrespectful staff. I left a long time ago, and was hoping to go back to her cause she's smart, but as soon as I read the reviews I knew right there and then that she is not a good person, she has kept the same rude staff from years ago. Dont go to this place, I feel so bad cause as a Hispanic I want to support Hispanics, but I cannot and will not support this Dr poor caracter.

Dr. Cintron is a brilliant, caring and professional doctor She treats her patients with respect I love her very much, however, her staff is horrible in every sense of the word (unprofessional, uncaring, disrectpectful) I could go on and on using adjectives to describe how they make a bad name for Dr. Cintron's practice.

No matter how good of a doctor you are, if your front desk staff is unpleasant from the beginning. It's a bad first impression. I got the impression that they were just lazy and unwilling to do a little extra work. I never got as far as seeing Dr. Cintron because her staff gave me a horrible first impression. I will say the only one that went out of her way to help me was the girl that does billing. She tried to work with me and apologized for the front desk's mistakes.

Dr. Cintron was great, she was recommended to me by a nutritionist friend of mine. Within the first 45 days of being a new patient the staff failed to schedule my 30 day follow up appointment, I was given the wrong prescription cause no one looked at my chart, which had the Dr's instructions in there, and they won't return my call or fix their prescription mistake. Now they want to reschedule my 60 day follow up appointment, I won't be going back.
