Worst. Doctor. Ever
Just like almost everyone else states, this guy is a nasty human being. Rudest person I’ve encountered in years. Just lost my pain mgmt doc who had me on opiates, and that just set this guy off. Never even asked for him to just give me my old Rx, but he still accused me of being a junky and literally yelled at me and threatened to walkout. Even his assistant was mortified. All he even offered to do was refer me to a methadone clinic—WHICH NOT A SINGLE ONE WOULD SEE ME BECAUSE I AM NOT AN ADDICT BUT PHYSICALLY DEPENDENT FOR INTRACTABLE PAIN. So he literally did nothing aside from shaming me and yelling and insulting me for 20 minutes—oh, and his office not only charged me ~$200 for that, but then billed me an additional $280 “facility fee” bill. Worst doctor experience of my life. Stay away at all costs.

Avoid Samer Narouze!
Narouze is an egomaniac with thin skin, who refuses to communicate with any respect. His staff are unprofessional and vindictive. Office manager Chris is a nasty piece of work, who discharged me from care, not because I didn't need treatment, but because I told his receptionist, 'I hate this guy, but I'm stuck with him. He's a d!ck' Meanwhile, everyone who works in Narouze's office dislikes him. They each confirmed most patients don't appreciate Narouze's God complex. Avoid at all costs.

The doctor is not the problem. It's the hospital that his office is in. For one month I didn't have insurance but I made payments and they still threatened to kick me out of the practice. They wanted me to apply for my payment to be free. I figured it was only the one month, so I would just pay and leave the freebie for someone else that may need it more! They did cancel my up coming appointment because I didn't apply for the free services! I just don't understand it!

Terrible Bedside Manner Most Uncaring Doctor Ever
Dr. Narouze treated me like a criminal (or a cop). He was very rude and said there was nothing he could do for me. He questioned why I was there, yelled about my doctor's who referred me to him and told me that "he can't write prescriptions for everyone in Summit County". He said that there was no way I had osteoarthritis in my back because I am too young, sent me for an x-ray which confirmed that I do have this condition and he never called me to discuss the results or to suggest a treatment plan. It has been 2 weeks since I got the results and I have not heard a peep from him or his staff. I am very disappointed in the way that this doctor treated me and I definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money by going to see him. He is cold, angry and does not care if you are suffering.

If you don’t respond to the only drug her offers, are under the age of 60, he will say he “can’t help you" and not not see you anymore. He is horrible.
