On a recent testing at The Endoscopy Center of Queens my experience was a wonderful experience. The New Endoscopy Center of Queens Carries High Professional Standards,From the moment you enter the Center their staff is incredible The Center is a fine example to the Infection Control Standards under the Law.The HIPPA law is followed to the letter.The Nursing Staff ,The Anesthesiologist were above standards of given care The Center has State of the Art medical equipment.You are never left alone .

Dr. Augello is Great,The problem is with Maria V she has lie to me Three times and counting. My insurance under preventive health exams no copay is due. I requested a refund and she lies each time I call the check is in the mail. She also has committed insurance fraud she is under investigation by United health care Dr Augello please help get my Refund.

Being dismissed from Whintrop Hospital-Mineola with panic attacks and a prescription for Valium after going for shortness of breath and heartburn, after 2 more hospital stays and a referral to see a GI, I found Dr Augello. An endoscopy was scheduled-hiatal hernia! Dr Augello is wonderful: explains, listens, advises with great patience and knowledge. I also want to commend- Anabella and Maria at the reception, Dr Oldaker- anesthesiology, and his stuff.I recommended Dr Augello to everyone I know.

Dr. Augello provides premium medical care. I was very apprehensive to see a doctor about my first colonoscopy. He put me at ease immediately - explained the procedure to me in full detail, and really took his time with me and answered all my questions. His office called me after the procedure and made sure I was feeling well and that everything was OK. Strongly recommend.

I want to start off by saying there office is very comfortable and the receptions are very friendly . One of lady's from his staff came out and greeted me brought me in to the room and made sure I felt comfortable . Dr Augello can in did his physical and explained the procedure that was going to be done he was very assuring it made me feel at ease . After the procedure explained everything with great detail an assured me that was perfect and I will see you in a six months .
