Dr Krup did 2 total reverse shoulder replacement surgeries 3 months apart. Ive had multiple surgeries- back, neck, ankle, so experienced patient here. These 2 surgeries have made the biggest difference in my life. I can get dressed and comb my hair by myself!

Exceptional Doctor!!
I had three full tears in my shoulder that retracted. Dr. Krupp tried to repair them but could not. A second surgery was performed for a full reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Krupp and his staff were professional from the beginning to the end and during two follow ups. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Krupp to anyone who is in need of shoulder surgery.

Excellent job
I put this surgery off for over a year. Everyone told me how painful and a hard recovery it was going to be. I could barely move my arm when I finally had it. Dr. Krupp came highly recommended so I went for it. He far exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have hardly any pain after surgery and recovery could not have been easier. I highly recommend Dr. Krupp, if you have to have your shoulder replaced I would not trust anyone else to do it.

Had 3 separate tears in my rotator cuff after years of lifting heavy at the gym. Recovery:. I took zero pain pills because I literally had no pain. Not even one day. I did all of my PT and was back in the gym at 6 months. I didn't even attempt bench press until 9 months. It's been one year and I did 295 ten times without any discomfort at all. I had 6 incisions and also 1 small scar that you can only see in the right light. Exceptional doctor. I've talked to wire a few people that I have known and all of them complained about the recovery pain. Maybe I'm lucky, but the doctor had to contribute.

I love Dr. Krupp and his staff. They’ve been very thorough with what was wrong and had to be done. I can see that he is a disciplined and confident person which I admire. Dr. Krupp and his staff definitely made me feel safe and gave me a sense of trust that everything will be great. And it surely was!!

If there was a zero star I would give him zero for lack of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy for the patient. My wife waited 6 weeks for her appointment. When she showed up to her appointment and waited an hour in the waiting room, she was charged the copay ($25) then she was told that since she is pregnant the doctor (Ryan Krupp) can not see her or evaluate her. I, as his colleague, call him to speak with him personally regarding the matter, he refused to speak with me.

Professional, outstanding staff, second to none overall practice, have been with Dr Krupp and his group of orthopedic surgeons since 2008. Several surgeries all 100% successful as well as recovery. Highly recommend Dr. Krupp and the 3 other surgeons who have given my life beck each surgery. I followed their system in doing my part to recover. Latest surgery was reconstructed right clavicle rt side 2017. Left reverse shoulder left side 2018. Have had previously 40+ breaks, hip, leg, back, knee.

Dr. Krupp is the rudest Dr. I have ever seen. He has no bed side manner, and is very full of himself. I am not a fan! I was treated badly in his office and will never, ever go to him again.

In 2015 Dr Krupp did a reverse replacement of left shoulder as it was totally worn out. Had minimal use and horrid pain prior to operation. Have NO pain and full function since operation. Shoulder surgery was easiest of my three joint replacement from GSW Vietnam War. Really could not be more satisfied.

My 80 plus year old mother had shoulder surgery a couple of years ago and Dr Krupp and his staff were terrific. She was treated like a "queen" and even today Dr Krupp goes out of his way to make her feel special. She is pain free and has better range of motion than we thought was possible. Thanks to Dr Krupp and the entire staff!

My rotator cuff tears were misdisagnosed as possible partial muscle tears and treated with injections until I insisted upon MRI which showed multiple full rotator cuff tears.

My son had shoulder surgery by Dr. Krupp. He was wonderful and my son recovered beautifully. My second son needed surgery so I did not consider anyone else but Dr. Krupp, however the office staff denied my request for an appointment because I did not have my son's social security on hand when I made the call. They were rude and non accommodating. They refused to let me give the social security number at a later date. I'm very disappointed. Very poor customer service.

Dr. Krupp and his medical assistant Aaron have gone way, way out of the way to make me feel like I count. They spent time recently helping me figure some thing in my personal life to make my shoulder surgery at the right time and in the right frame of my mind. I have had many physicians (unfortunately) in my life and many very good experiences and some not as great and they are way THE BEST OF THE BEST. Dr. Krupp has done one surgery fixing what another surgeon messed up. I have no more room
