Dr. Halpin was professional, extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and listened to my concerns. He didn’t try to push procedures that I didn’t need unlike other surgeons. He took the time to explain my situation and treatment in a manner that was easy to understand. My pre and post surgery care was top notch!! I will recommend Dr. Halpin to anyone who has back issues. He performed a procedure to my lower back to relieve pain in my left leg. He was thorough in explaining my options including outcomes. He answered all my questions. Although I still have some pain he said he felt very positive that I would get better. He and his staff are very professional but also very kind. I’m so glad that he was my surgeon.

Worst patient-doctor conversation ever. This surgeon had a negative aggressive attitude. He did not want to hear anything I had to say. He snapped at me multiple times of info I was providing to him of my medical history. He finally told me to see the office administrator and get a different doctor. I told him I would and that's what I did. Dr Halpin needs to be professionally evaluated. I have no idea of what set him off. We did not discuss politics, religion or sports.

I was suffering with degenerative disc disease in my neck and my only alternative for treatment was surgery. Dr. Halpin was very supportive and confident about his ability to treat and help me with my severe pain. He was informative, honest and made my decision to do the surgery was an easy decision! No regrets and I am healing and feeling fantastic!
