Dr. Guzman performed emergency surgery on my ruptured fallopian tube. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he legitimately cares about his patients. I would strongly recommend seeing him.

From the very first visit I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Guzman is no-nonsense and treated me with care and respect. He listens and explains and his staff both at the office and in the hospital were all caring and extremely competent. I came through surgery well and the follow-up visit went well and - again - he listened and explained wonderfully. He is a great doctor/surgeon and I highly recommend him .

I first saw Dr. Guzman in 1998, when I was pregnant with my 1st child. On an emergency basis I needed to find a high-risk Dr, as my child was sick. No one would take my case, but Dr. Guzman did! I fully credit him for saving my son's life! Fast forward to now. I found out I needed to have a hysterectomy in May. The entire staff from the front desk to the assisting nurses in the back are so caring. The make you feel relaxed, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Dr. Guzman is incredibly skilled and has a good bedside manner, he always takes to time to answer any and all questions that I have for him, it never feels rushed. Hands down the ONLY women's Dr. I will ever go to! I was in so much pain and now I am pain free! Dr. Guzman has given me my life back! I couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, highly skilled Dr. and staff!

Dr. Guzman recently performed my outpatient surgery at Shore Point Hospital-Port Charlotte. He has been my doctor for 16 years, and he is an outstanding doctor, he takes time to listen to his patients, he never rushes you with any questions you have, and it’s so nice to have a doctor that really cares about any issues you have and truly listens to you. There are not enough accolades to describe him, I highly recommend him for anyone in the area looking for an exceptional Ob/Gyn.

I have been going to Dr Guzman for close to 3 months. I needed surgery, & he recommended tests needed. Each office visit was very good. He explains things very well, & he's very thorough and knowledgeable. I had the surgery 2 weeks ago, and surgery went very well. I experienced little to no pain, and have had a very swift recovery. Dr. Guzman reviewed my surgery results in great detail on my post op visit in an easy to understand way. I left feeling very confident about his explanation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a caring, dependable, & knowledgeable surgeon and doctor. I definitely would go back to him if the need arises.

I don't know where to start.. Dr. Guzman delivered 2 of my babies and I'm so thankful to him! He's honest kind and caring! He takes the time and listens to any concerns or anything you have to say. I can not say enough nice things about Dr. Guzman. He always made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say. He answered my list of questions every visit, the first visit he spent so much time with me answering those questions and getting to know me! He guided me the whole way through and we made decisions together. I could just go on about my whole experience with him. I highly recommend! His office staff and nurses are amazing too!!
