Misdiagnosed my brain aneurysms
If I could leave a score of zero I would. I had 2 brain aneurysms according to Dr. Katzin. He said they were a size 5 and 7. He sent me to a neurosurgeon for the one size 7. The surgeon didn't feel my surgery was an emergency. I had a bad feeling so I sent a copy of my brain MRI to Dr. Jafar (the best in NYC) at NYU Langone. He showed me I had 3 aneurysms and the 5 was a 7 and the 7 was a 10 sitting on my brain stem. He told me I needed surgery right away.

I should have read the reviews.
Complete waste of a morning spent seeing this doctor. Did not listen to a single word I said. Could not even get a word in. Spent maybe 4 minutes total on a first visit. I don't believe I need to go into any further detail on this review as the many posted here speak volumes already. I work in Healthcare and my office takes pride in providing excellent patient care and our reviews reflect this.

Do Not go see this doctor
He doesnt take insurance, i paid cash out of pocket, $700 for an office visit where he unbeknownst to me ordered through my insurance (which he doesnt take) all kinds of testing that i didnt need or agree to, now that i have found a really good doctor i need to have all this terrible man's testing erased from the system

Run for the hills . He was arrogant , didn’t want To listen to any body bit his own voice . He put us down . He was rude , obnoxious . I am so sorry I didn’t read reviews first . How could he still be working ? Worst doctor in Boca .

My wife saw Dr. Katzin several years ago after concerns on her memory at the Green Memory clinic. Katzin told us no problem. My wife a few years later has a diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia. If my wife had a proper diagnosis to slow dementia she would have had a few better years? Guess arrogance is just a cover for incompetence.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This physician is arrogant, unprofessional, not thorough, flippant, cavalier and full of himself. When I called to pick up my records to obtain a second opinion I was told by the office staff to come and pick up my records and not come back. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a physician.

Total unprofessional. I will most definitely not come back to see him. HAS GOD COMPLEX AND HAS SUCH AN ARROGANCE. Lost all our office referrals since my patient's will not have to endure such a jerk. Did not even bother to listen and prescribed the same medications I had already tried and failed said the side effects that are clearly labeled for the medication where not possible to have experienced. What an idiot. Stay away from this incompetent doctor!!!!!

Utilized Dr. Katzin through Neuro Tele services. Very unprofessional and rude both to staff and family. Abrupt with assessment and not thorough. Seemed uninterested in assisting patient and their needs. Very disrespectful to staff. My suggestion, if you want to work in the public...first step is to learn to like interacting with the public.
