Office doesn’t return calls. Appointments are a range of time and by phone. My appointment was missed and no return call despite calling 3 days. Doctor does not listen to you at all, talks over you, and discredits physical symptoms. Waste of time and money. I am immediately switching doctors. Do not recommend to anyone this office. My original doctor retired and I was put with this one. I had one in person appointment. One by phone. Another scheduled by phone that did not occur. I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience overall with an office and doctor. You will not get a word in edge wise.

This doctor invaded my personal space too close for comfort even though I told him he needed to move back. He moved even closer says this is how he rolls. Made me so uncomfortable won't be back.

Won't trust my life and my family with other Doctor. DOCTOR ROY JACKSON is the best out there...Smart, knowledgeable, compassionate and good bedside manner. He did all my compete workup before my gallbladder surgery and found out early stages of cancer....He's An instrument of God that saved my life...Highly recommend him

I would not recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone. I see another Doctor in his office, I called after hours and Dr Jackson was on call. The office was suppose to call in a prescription to my pharmacy . After calling back the exchange which is terrible , he finally called me back and dismissed me and told me that he doesn't call pharmacy and to have them call him. Very rude , very uncaring. He is clearly only in it for the money , he doesn't care about his patients any more.

He is a horrible Doctor and I'm not sorry to say that. Because of him misdiagnosising my father and brushing off my father's symptoms as nothing serious, my father is now dead. Had he been a more caring and concerned Doctor, maybe my dad could of had more time. I would never advise anyone to go to this fool. Honestly I feel he should have his medical license revoked. To anyone who reads this please be forewarned. He's not a good doctor, and this isn't a joke I wouldn't lie about my dad passing.
