Excellent care
I have been receiving treatment for arthritic knees for over two years. His administration of viscous injections for pain relief is excellent as is his patient information. I will continue to see him until I need a knee replacement.

Dr. Ross E. Hairgrove's approach to addressing medical concerns has raised some notable observations. During my recent appointment with him, I sought to discuss my generalized body pain, including specific concerns related to my back. However, due to limitations in the appointment scheduling process, I was unable to provide an extensive description of my issues. Dr. Hairgrove, regrettably, focused solely on my back pain during the appointment and appeared disinterested in hearing about the potential root causes of my discomfort or how they might contribute to my overall well-being. His demeanor left much to be desired, as he conveyed a sense of urgency and was rather curt in his communication. This gave the impression that my presence was an inconvenience to him, which falls short of the professionalism one expects from a healthcare provider. For individuals seeking compassionate and comprehensive care, it is advisable to explore alternative healthcare providers. It is reasonable to expect that a doctor would communicate upfront the need for specific details regarding the issues one wishes to address. This would ensure that patient expectations are aligned with the scope of the appointment, preventing any potential misunderstandings. Furthermore, it's worth noting that my appointment began nearly 35 minutes later than scheduled. While this delay may have been due to unforeseen circumstances, it's essential to recognize that not everyone has the flexibility to take time off work for medical appointments repeatedly. In summary, those seeking a healthcare provider who values a holistic approach and clear communication should carefully consider their options before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Hairgrove. Open and transparent dialogue between patient and provider is fundamental to ensuring the best possible care and patient satisfaction.
