Bad front office reflect's Dr.'s care
The handling and care of patients by a doctor's front office is everything and reflects how a doctor feels about patients outside of the exam room they are being paid for. Other reviews are correct that Dr. Bedgood was a good doctor who listens to patient's about health concerns, but does NOT listen to multiple patient's complaints/ concerns about treatment from front office staff. The front office staff is horrible to patients. Everything you need as a patient goes through them, so any interaction or request is frustrating and done in an untimely manner. I was a patient of Dr. Bedgood for years until a simple referral to a specialist took over a month due to the front office submitting incorrect information to my insurance company on multiple occasions. I contacted the office to share my concern about this and was denied access to my Dr. unless I paid for the phone call. So, I am still in pain, still without a referral, and looking for a new primary care physician. AVOID this headache

Dr. Bedgood is one of the best physicians I've seen. After years of searching the Kyle/Buda area for a good PCP who is kind, knowledgeable and really listens to their patients, I finally found Dr. Bedgood at Inertia Sports & Family Medicine. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Bedgood really takes the time to listen to me when I have a concern, asks plenty of questions to get a better understanding, and is very thorough in her recommendations and explaining things. I am grateful for her expertise and trust her 100% with my healthcare!
