Professional, Compassionate, and Competent!!!
In 2010 I was diagnosed with a colon cancer stage IV, with two large metastatic lesions on my liver. After urgent colon resection I was referred to Dr. Ronald Harris, DO at Broome Oncology in Johnson City, New York. Remember the first visit to the office, the friendly, caring, and supportive staff, and yes, the unforgettable authentic smile of Dr. Harris. He gave me a statistical prognosis of my life expectancy. It was honest, bad, and very sad projection. And then Dr. Harris said: "But if you chose to fight, I will support you with every single bit of my experience and knowledge. And both we will bit that illness!" And Dr. Harris kept his promise. It was rough journey...but I felt secure, understanding God put me in good hands. In 2013 a thorough testing reviled my cancer in full remission, and in 2020 I was declared cancer free. Today is Monday, July 25, 2022, and I am enjoying very active life granted through the mercy of God, and miracle medical care provided by Ronald Harris, DO.

Dr. Harris is a truly compassionate doctor and human being. He is also always thinking and open to what the patient says in a way that is very unusual. He manages to have the perfect combination of being very smart, honest and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Harris. He is a wonderful oncologist and person.

While there may be many skilled oncologists, I would only refer Dr. Harris to my lived ones. He is intelligent, compassionate and humble. He has a great team, and there is an obvious high level of mutual respect between Dr. Harris and those he works with.
