I was set up for an appointment through Workmen’s Comp. with Dr. Cox and was told he would be doing a functional capacity test on me. The day I went in for my appointment with him the last thing he did do was examined me and instead interrogated me for 30 minutes in a very accusatory, rude and demeaning manner. I have never been spoke to and treated so badly by a doctor as I was by him. When my doctor. received a copy of his report I was told by both my doctor and his nurse that Dr. cox it’s not looking out for my best interests and their recommendation to me was that I get a Workmen’s Compensation attorney . I was given a copy of his report and upon Reading through it and found that over half of what he wrote and it was completely untrue.Reading through it found that over half of what he wrote and it was completely untrue.

Dr. Cox was recommended to me because after minor arm surgery, I had extreme pain and numbness. Dr. Cox tested me carefully and concluded that I did have some nerve damage, but that I would eventually get full feeling and less pain in a couple of months after surgery. He was skilled and concerned about my exam. I will definitely use him in the future if needed.

My experience with Dr. Cox was truly excellent. He has a calm demeanor and was very attentive and listened with compassion. His explanation of my impinged nerve and options of treatment were understandable. We were on the same page with taking a conservative approach to treating the nerve with medication and not jumping into injections or surgery. Here I am now - a month later - pain free. His treatment worked for me and I'm extremely pleased. Do not hesitate to see this physician.

He gave me hope that a painfree leg is a possibility without drugs. He targeted the problem and came up with a plan. I am So thankful that I was referred to him. He spent time listening as well as a thorough examination. Instead of looking for a quick fix, he identified the source , showed me clincal explanation in a medical book, and offered a solution. For the first time in months, I’m feeling optimistic that there will be better days. I would recommend Dr Cox wholeheartedly.

So sad that people would think this person is a doctor & would go to him! Find someone else who will be dedicated to helping you get to a healthy place with compassion, empathy, and medical skills-None of which this person has!

Dr Cox is an outstanding physician! He is attentive to what the patient is actually saying and carefully evaluates the care he believes is appropriate to what the patient actually wants to happen. As a retired registered nurse , I have worked with physicians for more then 40 years and Dr Cox is one of the very best. I would not hesitate a minute in recommending him to my family and friends.

I would highly recommend Dr. Cox! I was referred to him by Workman's Comp. He went above and beyond to find the source of my pain. Even though several doctors had ruled everything out, he was willing to continue digging until we found a solution. Thanks to his referral, I was correctly diagnosed with a hip injury and received hip surgery. Workman's comp was amazing as well and covered everything! Thanks to Dr. Cox I am on my way to a full recovery and getting back to all the things that I love!!

Dr. Cox wasn't extremely rude to me and made me feel like my injury was all in my head. He was not helpful at all! I had the same experience as another reviewer. I did not feel listened to or respected at all. I will be filing a complaint against him.

When I went to Dr Cox for a head injury he made false statements on the medical report he sent to broadspire. He was a second opinion and was terrible. He never helped to get my eye problems addressed because he did not know why the issues of my head injury were not better! He said there was nothing wrong with me, even thought I talked with him about my eye problems. Therefore my case was closed through workmans comp and I will receive no help for my eyes or headaches. He is was paid for!

Dr. Cox is one of the best doctors out there. He takes time to listen and help solve the problem, when many other doctors have over looked the problem or passed me on to someone else . I recommend anyone to see this doctor if your having pain that just doesn't go away
