Dr. Roberto Miki, MD

Dr. Miki is very informative and goes beyond to answer questions. He explains everything in detail and I just really like his manners. I will suggest him to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Miki for fixing my carpal tunnel.

After two non-productive office appointments with Dr. Miki re carpal tunnel syndrome I gave up. My preference is Dr. Elizabeth Ouellette, who did my first carpel tunnel surgery on 12/28/20.

I have been treated by Dr. Miki for two medical issues. He is the epitome of a great doctor in all areas. I was treated by Dr. Miki at Baptist Hospital for a dog bite on my right hand and presently at his office for a wrist fracture. He is such a talented professional in his field with an extremely pleasant down to earth personality. Each time my treatment given has been exceptional. I am unable to praise him enough in relaying my appreciation of Dr. Miki in receiving the best care available in medical expertise. Thank you for healing me twice.

Dr. Miki is amazing! He performed my hand surgery a few years ago and everything went great! Therefore when my son broke his clavicle I immediately took him to see Dr.Miki and they scheduled his surgery the next day. Surgery was a success! Dr.Miki is a great doctor with amazing and professional manners. I had a question New Year’s Eve and he called me right away. I was shocked because I am not use to such amazing service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My wife broke her wrist when falling while getting ready for Hurricane Irma and due to the absence of her Primary Care Provider she was not able to meet with a surgeon for two weeks. He arranged for surgery in just a few days at his first rate surgical facility in the same building with his office/practice. My wife has very tiny wrists, and he installed a small titanium plate. It healed perfectly and the scar is barely visible a year later. Everyone agrees that he is simply brilliant.

Dr. Mikki is a hand specialist and very knowledgeable in his field. I saw him for wrist pain, I had a torn tendon and he prescribed therapy and alternative methods of treatment, rather than jump to a surgical solution right away. Dr. Mikki explained the diagnosis patiently so I could understand what my problem was which has been very helpful. I will recommend him highly, he is a wonderful person.

We went to the Doctor's office to have a cast put on my 95 year old mother's fractured wrist. Upon arrival I present all the required insurance information. Unfortunately in the haste to arrive on time for the appt, I forgot my mother's photo ID. As my 95 year old mother grimaced with pain as she wore a temporary cast, the office staff was polite enough and cold hearted enough to uncaringly refuse service to a hurt and injured 95 year old patient. I offered my ID if they thought for one moment

6mo post op for my fractured wrist and it feels completely normal and strong, thanks to Dr. Miki's skilled hands. I was able to recover quickly after my surgery and have no pain or inflexibility. Highly recommend his services and staff!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mike! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Unlike some Doctors he actually seemed to remember me at every visit. I would highly recommend him. His office and staff are also great and helpful!

While I couldn't meet the doctor, I was VERY disappointed in having to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time today, to be told that I needed to fill out a form and then wait another 45 minutes to be seen. This is outrageous and a clear disrespect to all patients. And it is much worse after they sent me two text messages "demanding" that I confirm my appointment. If they have the technology, why not advise the patients of this major delay? My time is as valuable as the doctor's!!

I fractured my wrist and needed surgery. I am a physician. My colleagues told me they would only trust Dr. Miki. He was attentive, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and respected my desires. He is a technically excellent surgeon. 2 1/2 months after surgery, my wrist is doing really well, with good mobility and no pain. I recommend him highly and without reservation!!

After our experience w our daughter's fractured wrist, we would never recommend nor return to Dr. Miki for any kind of medical advice or treatment! We saw him on a Thursday; he couldn't see the fracture on his X-ray so we had an MRI the next day, Friday. We set up a telephone appt for Tuesday and we received no call. I called his office that Tuesday-Friday and NEVER rec'd a return phone call advising us of her fracture. Today, Christmas Eve, he decided to call and advise us to seek Urgent Care.

Very nice and down to earth Doctor. Took his time to examine my hands and explained choices based on my conditions. I will definitely have my surgery with him when the time comes. I highly recommend Dr Miki.

Dr. Miki is too busy to call back his patients even after a week of leaving messages. My pain had no relevance or importance to him nor his staff

Dr. Miki is a great doctor, but the office located at 2750 SW 37th Ave Coconut Grove, FL is very unprofessional and disorganized. I had a scheduled appt for Thursday 4:30 pm, to discuss possible surgery. Two days before appt date office called to change 4:30 to 4:00. At 2:48 appt date they called to inform us we need to go right away to the office. I said we needed to see the doctor but will take 45 min to get there and they told me I should have been informed that the doctor was not there.
