Staff lacks empathy and compassion
Disappointing Experience with Dr. Zuckerman's StaffI began immunotherapy with Dr. Zuckerman in December, and while I initially liked him, my experience with his team was alarming.During my 7th or 8th injection, I suffered a severe anaphylactic episode that required hospitalization. However, when I returned to the office just four days later, I was shocked by the team's complete lack of empathy and concern. Not a single nurse asked about my well-being or showed any compassion. As a patient who had just experienced a life-threatening reaction in their office, I expected some level of care and understanding. Instead, I felt dismissed and ignored.I will not be returning to this facility and urge others to exercise caution. Dr. Zuckerman, it's time to address the glaring deficiencies in your staff's bedside manner.

Very condescending, says little comments like "very well fed". Upon getting my file to take to another doctor, he noted a lot of mistruths...like he said I was living in an old house. The condo I was living in was only 4 years old. And, I had stopped smoking 40 years ago, but I was noted to be a smoker. These were just a few of those mistruths. My file should have had the info I gave him, not his assumptions of me and my living conditions. I was also handed another patients history along with my file by the office worker.

Find a different allergist. The staff is rude and can't be bothered with questions. They continue to hold $80 of MY money because they haven't refunded what they mistakenly charged me at my last visit. I have written two letters to the office manager, both asking for a refund of my account, and I have heard nothing back either time. The check giving me MY money back hasn't shown up at my house either. ..needless to say, I'll be finding a new physician. Enjoy your sports car, Doctor.

My family has been going to this practice for years. Great staff, great doctor. Only one complaint . Why don’t they send reminders out for appointments /shots like any other doctor’s practice.? Phones still work? Would cut down on people missing there appointment.

Staff is extremely nice. They will work with you on appointments very helpful. Dr Zuckerman really is a great doctor at pin pointing what is causing the reaction. I was dealing with a rash, similar to hives itched constantly. This whole rash thing went on for 7 months. Went to family doctorseveral times,no meds worked. Went to dermatologist waste of time. Finally got in to see Dr. Z he knew right away what was going on. A big part was taking to many hot showers, which took out all the moisture.

No one deserves to be treated the way I was today. My primary doctor told me to see an immunologist to have my immune system checked. This doctor sat down for 4 minutes and told me "you're too robust to be sick. You don't have anything wrong with you. You don't look sick" I've been sick for the last 22 years and to say I'm not sick is insane. He mocked me going to Hopkins. Honestly this man was the worst doctor I have ever met. Maybe next time I could try to look sicker?
