Wonderful staff! Low wait time to be seen by doctor. Dr. Jiao is knowledgeable and attentive. Allows patient to be a part of the decision-making process.

He is knowledgable, has excellent bedside manner , devoted to his patients and I am lucky. He is my doctor

Dr Jiao is en excellent dr who truly cares for his patients. He always takes the time with his patients and he is very thorough. He is the best of the best.

The nurse asked lots of questions and wrote down my concerns. Dr. Jiao, on the other hand, didn't address any of those issues. He didn't even ask about the things I told the nurse. I don't think he was in the room more than 5 - 8 minutes and didn't do more than look in my ears, nose, and throat and type on the computer. It was clear that he just wanted me out so he could get on with his day.

All questions were answered and a prescription was advised

Dr. Jaio is a wonderful doctor. Always pleasant and friendly. I went to 5 doctors who could not help. Dr. Jaio took 5 minutes to diagnose me! I have been healthy since!

Front desk associates are always so nice, the nurses giving shots are great, April is the best!! And the other nurses are all nice, friendly and helpful. Everyone there is exceptional.

Dr. Jiao has been treating my daughter’s allergies, asthma and eczema for several years now. He is very kind and intelligent. He never dismisses me if I ask about trying homeopathic remedies in addition to our established protocols. He always knows the latest studies showing what works and what doesn’t, and you can tell he makes individualized care decisions. He is a great doctor.

Dr Jiao was thorough and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Made me feel like he was going to help get to the cause of my issues.

Dr. Jiao has a very warm spirited friendly desposition. He is polite and patient with me. Also, he listen attentively to me when I am sharing all of my complaints about my illness. Every appointments that I have had with Dr. Jiao goes very quickly. The wait time in the waiting room is no more than 15 minutes. Also, the assistant who comes to get you from the waiting room, greets with a warm friendly smile and hello. The following-up appointment doesn't last no more than 30 minutes. Today my visit to the allergy specialist went well!

Ladies at the front desk at check in and check out were very helpful and pleasant.

If not then he will work to make sure they are getting the best treatment possible. I appreciate that. With his guidance and treatments my allergies are better controlled. Listens well, but doesn’t waste time.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jiao, and he was very nice. He listened to my symptoms and at end of exam asked if I had any other questions or concerns. Would recommend him to others.
