Great experience with Dr. Viggiano
I am scratching my head about the low rated reviews. My experience was great. Dr. Viggiano was personable, knowledgeable, not rushed, answered any and all questions, no negatives to say. You can't make everybody happy but for me, my appointment more than met my expectations (and as a retired Dr., my expectations are quite high). A plus for the Doc.

Excellent visit
Dr. Viggiano understood the reason for my appointment and carefully evaluated my condition. He very kindly explained everything to me and my husband, and set up a plan for follow-up.

Telehealth
He gave ridiculous reasons for my symptoms no matter what I said, basically blaming all my symptoms on living at a high altitude even though I spend most of my time at my home that is at sea level. Then he wanted to convince me I should start my own business. He wouldn’t listen to me about either my job (which I didn’t want to change or discuss) or my health. I’ve since been diagnosed with an interstitial lung disease that requires significant, on-going treatment. Good thing I didn’t listen to him and sought another opinion!

Excellent physician
Dr. Viggiano was very personable and professional. Extremely knowledgeable about my case( first visit). Thoroughly explained all information, options for care, scans that had been preformed and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend him !

Dr. Viggiano is a terrible physician. He is incredibly patronizing. He essentially told me that everything was in my head. I then followed up with Stanford, who diagnosed my debilitating condition – a condition where people from all over the world go to the Mayo Clinic to have diagnosed and treated. They literally have an awareness campaign on YouTube. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt morally obligated to say something so that people do not spend their money to see this doctor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!! He’s rude, doesn’t return phone calls, and was always running very late. Nice staff but that’s all I can say was good about my visit. 0 stars if I could give it! Would not recommend to anyone.

NEVER-does not return phone calls, staff can’t locate him. Maybe he was playing a ghost for Halloween? I go to 3 other physicians at the Scottsdale campus. They are all very professional & attentive. I have been going to the Scottsdale Campus for 15 years & have never experienced such unprofessional treatment. How he ever got hired into the Mayo system is mind boggling. He does not make a good impression, especially since you are a first time patient.

Lousy abrupt. Time was not spent well. He was texting during visit. Did not spend quality time. Did not return phone calls. Unlike Mayo Clinic reputation.
