Patient
I suddenly became deaf in my left ear, without any warning. I saw Dr. Taylor and he was able to meet with me promptly. He diagnosed my condition (Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss) immediately, and he started an aggressive treatment plan to try to restore my hearing. This rapid change in my health has affected my personal and professional life dramatically but Dr. Taylor has been an ideal partner to help me through this. I know that I am in good hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody whom I care about.

Very helpful with chronic ear nose and throat issu
It kind of seems like the only people writing reviews are people who are upset. I found Dr. Taylor and his staff to be very kind, efficient, reasonable. I have an ear, eye and throat something or other that put 3 of my family in the hospital. They all recovered from this difficult mystery illness and I got sent for X-rays. Also I have bipolar and never felt discriminated against or talked down to as other comments have suggested. He’s got a sense of humor bc I was like “I don’t know what’s wrong with my nose I don’t do drugs up my nose or anything” and he was like, yeah I know i can tell you don’t I just put a camera in there. Also got a print out of my skull with deviated septum. Five Star review

Shouldn't work with humans
Went to get care for my young child where he suggested I medicate my child and get him serious psychiatric help due to his unwillingness to 'cooperate' after he didn't even explain to us what was being done to my child. Also stated that his 4 year old child would handle the visit much better and that there was clearly something wrong with my 11 year old. He was extremely aggressive, rude, and shouldn't work with another human being ever. Disgusting behavior. Some children have special needs and a child's medication regimen is neither your business or even pertained to the visit. PSA if your child is blindly following orders from any adult they are in contact with you are putting them at risk for being groomed in the future and you should reevaluate how you are parenting your child.

Would Put Zero Stars if I Could
I have had many negative experiences with drs but this was high up on the list of one of the worst. Incredibly condescending, rude, and unprofessional.

Competent and respectful.
Dr Taylor is a top notch physician. My husband was referred to him by his audiologist. Dr Taylor was very business like, but also showed respect and kindness to my husband and myself. He did a thorough exam and explained what his course of treatment would be. He then implemented it. He gave us time to ask questions and then answered them thoroughly. We would definitely recommend Dr. Taylor. I should also mention that his office is very efficient. We were in and out of the office in about 35 minutes and the staff were all very friendly.

Non compassionate
have not been a patient of this Dr, but I've witnessed how non compassionate and quite rude he is. My friend has irreversible hearing loss, and reads lips to know what you are saying; because everything sounds muffled to her... This Dr was telling her what is expected before/during her procedure while having his back turned to her, than started yelling at her when she asked him to repeat himself in slow motion and very arrogantly. I also want to add the he doesn't like when your appointment exceeds 15 mins, but we should be ok waiting in the waiting room for a hour before even getting called back. I definitely do not recommend him.

Dr. Taylor- non compassionate
Dr. Taylor is a very non compassionate doctor. If the treatment you need to get ether and feel better does not fit within his time slot he will not help you. “You need to make another appointment you are only in a 15 minute slot and the procedure takes more time”
