I was scheduled to have cataract surgery in July with Dr. Reuther. I was only cleared to have one eye done due to a recent tear in the other eye. This was explained to Dr. Reuther on numerous occasions along with my many concerns and questions. None of which he addressed. Two days out from surgery he brings to the table his plan which consisted of doing both eyes - one after the other. When I again explained to him I was only doing the one eye, his answer was “well that’s not the way I do it”. He is arrogant, condescending and is so focused on what he wants to do, he doesn’t even listen to what the patient actually needs. He wasted my time and cost me money and I would never recommend him to anyone.
