Dr. Phelan Piehota, DO

Dr Piehota performed cataract surgery on me. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Piehota has conducted two different procedures on me both of which were performed in an outstanding manner. Even though he has an extremely busy practice, it was always worth the waiting time as once I was seen he took the time to conduct a thorough examination and explained in detail the recommended procedures (in terms that I could understand) and answered all of my questions. As a patient, you like to have the comfort of knowing your Dr is all about the quality of your care and Dr Piehota certainly checks all the boxes and goes over and beyond as well with helping to minimize anxieties. In fact, during my last procedure I was totally surprised when he asked me what kind of music I would like playing during my procedure and sure enough, when I got in the surgery room, Jelly Roll was playing! Thank you for always providing me with excellent care!

Not good

Dr. Phelan Piehota is awe-inspiring. I had an URGENT and complex eye issue, and he treated with the same care he would use towards his family. He is so intelligent, and provides realistic details. I received a referral to see Dr. Mather. Dr. Mather is AMAZING also. He made a referral to an allergist that helped save me. This practice deserves a Platinum rating. You are not just a patient, but you are family. His staff members are knowledgable and friendly. What a great team! Dr. Piehota, helped me more than you can ever KNOW!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! You are GOD sent!

Dr. Piehota is very caring and thorough and took time to answer all my questions. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Not impressed. First time I saw Dr. Piehota, he chomped gum throughout the entire exam, even when he was a foot away from my fa ce. I had made it clear when I made the appointment and when the nurse took my history on exam day I was in desperate need of a new prescription for both my contacts and glasses. When I was picking up my new glasses and contacts a few weeks later, I learned I had been evaluated for glasses only. I'd have to come back AGAIN requiring me to take off work AGAIN!

He is patient and clear in answering questions I asked about my glaucoma. My previous doctor, who belonged to the same practice, highly recommended him before his retirement. I am pleased with the care I receive.
