My doctor for over 15 years
Dr. Laufer has been my primary physician for over 15 years and has been instrumental in helping me get through a number of health issues during that time. He is thorough, professional, and takes the time to both listen and explain. I appreciate his patience and help.

Dr Laufer needs better staff
When I called to make an appointment the girl asked for the phone number on the insurance card, I told her 800-xxx-xxxx and she asked me if there was a 1 in front of the number. Then she made the appointment, called me back right away after to tell me that she had to reschedule he didn’t have an opening when she scheduled. I go to see the doctor, who of course doesn’t get all the information, but prescribes me a medication, it needed a prior authorization which he said he’d have the staff submit, after 2 calls and 3 contacts from the pharmacy they still haven’t done the prior authorization nor anything else. Over a week later and no medication.

Dr. Laufer is a very unprofessional doctor. Wouldn't even listen as I was talking. He even pointed at the wall to show me his degrees when I disagreed with him. I see a specialist for a condition and he said all the meds I'm taking are wrong, but didn't recognize my condition. Walked out in the middle of our conversation and a nurse came back to tell me the doctor said I was good to leave. Never going back to this doctor again.

Dr. Laufer is great!! Unfortunately his staff is inept, unskilled, inexpert, amateurish, unprofessional, bungling, blundering, clumsy, inadequate, substandard, ineffective, deficient, inefficient, ineffectual, wanting, lacking, leaving much to be desired; incapable, unfit, unqualified, useless, pathetic, ham-fisted, not up to it, not up to scratch, bush-league. After 12+ years we may need to seek a new physician. "not only are the staff overpaid, they're incompetent"

Love Dr Laufer-disappointed with the new facility and staff, as they can't seem to get much right when it comes to ordering meds or even prepping patients for exams.

Patient of Dr. Laufer for years and was extremely satiisfied. Tried calling new office FIVE times on different days and all I got was a recording of how important my call was. First time I called, I hung on for 20 minutes. Noone EVER answered the phone. The last time I called, someone answered after 10 minutes. Was told to call next month if I wanted to schedule a well woman exam. Sadly, we have now stopped seeing him.

Dr. Laufer has been my family care physician for 10+ years. He recently moved to a new location called Central Az Med Assocs. I requested that my med records be forwarded accordingly. I could not be more frustrated or more disappointed with this new office situation. VERY difficult to navigate their phone system. When I did actually figure out how to speak with a real person they were not polite or helpful. Sadly, I have chosen to give up this good doctor... Not worth the hassle. T.Eller
