Simply the best!
Dr. Kramer replaced my left hip yesterday at Mo Bap. i am already skipping pain meds @ 4pm day after surgery. I cannot believe how good i feel on day 1 of recovery. I am so excited to get healed up and be active again. Top notch skill and technique. Thank you Sir! Amazing job! By the way the staff in the OR and post op were fantastic as well. -Marc

Kind physician
Dr. Kramer explained the damage to my knee to myself and my husband in a straightforward and kind manner. He advocated for me when my insurance company initially refused to allow me to have surgery to alleviate pain caused by a torn knee ligament. Thank you Dr. Kramer. The staff always conducted themselves professionally.

Last Monday at this time I was leaving the recovery room after Dr. Kramer and his team replaced my left knee. I enjoyed the interaction with all them, and especially Dr. Kramer. The entire procedure was professional AND personal from the start. And the results have been incredible! By Thursday I was walking without a walker, and the healing continues at a pace that surprises me. Thank you Dr. Kramer.

Very knowledgeable surgeon; after dealing with pain and discomfort in my right hip for several months I saw Dr. Kramer who immediately identified my issue following my MRI. He did an excellent job in replacing my right hip. I have full confidence in and would totally recommend Dr. Kramer. He is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon.

Knee pain
Dr Kramer examined my knee and ordered diagnostic tests to determine I did not need surgery. Offered me PT and cortisone injection for arthritis. I benefited from PT and considered injection. I returned for injection which also helped. I was given options and always part of decision-making process. Would highly recommend Dr Kramer. Now able to perform activities again! Thank you!

SKILLED & TRUSTWORTHY
Dr. Kramer is just amazing! I have undergone two knee arthroscopic procedures, and my husband has had one full hip replacement performed by Dr. Kramer. We both have experienced minimal recovery time, and have lived since without pain. We believe that he is the BEST orthopedic surgeon in the STL area. We trust Dr. Kramer with our lives.

Excellent Experience
I had an excellent experience with Dr Kramer at the St Louis office on Old New Ballas Road. The office is beautiful, clean, bright and staff are receptive and helpful. Preregistration expedited a delay with completing paperwork. The wait time was a bit ( maybe 45 minutes) but I understand that surgeons and doctors in general often run into problems with patients that are beyond their control. I was in pain. I would have waited there until the next day without saying a word. I was referred to Dr Kramer by a coworker. First saw him in November 2021 at a time when I had almost became immobile due to hip pain. It was truly the worst pain I ever had and it was not responding to pain medication. He recommended an injection and reassured me that it would be almost painless, despite holding a six inch needle in his hand. He was correct. I only felt a lil pressure. Fast forward, my pain completely left .I truly trust Dr Kramer for my orthopedic needs and highly recommend him to others.

I had total hip replacement surgery. Dr. Kramer is an excellent surgeon and so far the outcome has been great. He is very thorough in explaining details and did not rush you at all. Listened and answered all concerns. Would highly recommend him.

I do believe that Dr. Kramer is an excellent surgeon. I have had two very successful surgeries. However, I have waited hours and hours to be seen by him. I experienced a patient "mixup" before my last surgery which ended up giving me a misdiagnosis that belonged to another patient. I made excuses for him and did not switch doctors. Recently, I injured the knee he had operated on and I was in a lot of pain. I made two phone calls to Dr. Kramer and he never called me back. I went ahead and made an appointment and was told to come to his Sunset office to get an xray and see him. When I got there I was told that no xray was ordered. It seems asthough it wasn't necessary and nobody told me not to arrive at the requested time. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for an hour and in the exam room another 40 minutes. At that point I got up and left. The people at the front desk told me they didn't work for Dr. Kramer and that I should take it up with the office. I never saw him.

Dr. Kramer was refereed to me by a friend who had two knee replacement surgery's with Dr. Kramer and was very pleased with the outcome. Most recently I had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Kramer and my progress has been amazing. At three weeks I was able walk without a walker or cane and able to drive my car. I have very little discomfort. My surgery went well. Dr. Kramer and his staff were well organized and kept me informed both before and after surgery.

Wait times are terrible, even when you are first patient seen. One time the doctor ran late at the hospital and there were six patients ahead of me (minimum wait time 90 minutes no matter what reception tells you!). My knee is still messed up. All he did was take x-rays and say "it's healing". When I said my knee was still swelling, he asked if I twisted it when I fell!? Seriously 5 months Then said they could offer some physical therapy?! What a waste of time and money!
