Dr. Kirkpatrick has been treating me for the past twenty-five years for a very rare illness called auto-immune hepatitis. He is one of the very few doctors in the state experienced in the treatment of this disease. The illness takes place when one's immune system attacks your liver. With Dr. Kirkpatrick's care, I have been able to live a relatively healthy life including teaching school for the first fifteen years I was afflicted with the disease. His treatment has also allowed me to survive without the need for a liver transplant. I owe my very existence to the care and treatment of Dr. Kirkpatrick. How many stars is that worth?

I have been treating with Dr. Robert Kirkpatrick III, for twenty years. I consider him to be one of the best physicians, in his area of expertise, that I've had the good fortune to have met. Prior to being treated by Dr, Kirkpatrick, I had been treated by several other gastroenterologist. Not once have I felt rushed, did he not answer any of my questions or explain to me his concerns or his treatment plan to me. Let there be no mistake. If I make a poor choice not taking care of myself after he stressed the importance of the do's and don'ts he has sternly reiterated the fact that if we're not on the same pager, I an jeopardizing my chances of recovery. I thank him for that. Dr. Kirkpatrick has saved my life, on more than one occasion, and was successful in treating me for the hep C virus which I no longer carry. I have a debt of gratitude to Dr. Kirkpatrick. I would recommend him first and foremost to anybody who carries the virus and the many active diagnosis that can result fr

He told my wife with a meld score of 27. That there was no reason for her liver to hurt and she should not feel pain. And on top of that did not do his research and the fact that she was transferred from two different hospitals and ambulances that she had been in for over 2 weeks. And accused her of doing narcotics before she came to his hospital. Once again he did not know that she had been transferred from two different hospitals in an ambulance and given drugs while she was in those hospitals. Read your charts
