Very Impressive
A great listener. A great question deliverer. Cannot say enough about his interest in my symptoms. Best practitioner I have ever interacted with as an RN for 30 plus years. His patients are fortunate to have Dr. Castor as their physician. Thank you.

A Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Compassionate Expert
Dr. Castor has helped me numerous times in the past years, especially when I am having difficulties related to IBS or esophageal problems. Usually anxious during procedures, I do not feel that way with Dr. Casto. I am grateful that I am his patient.

Recent colonoscopy
This was my 2nd colonoscopy with Dr Castor. He is caring and explains everything very well. He does not rush. The staff was also very caring and sensitive.

Comfortable straightforward communicator!
I was greeted in a welcoming manner for my endoscopic procedure and treated with kindness and efficiency throughout the process by everyone. I met Dr. Castor for the first time, and he was an exceptional, effective communicator. I had heard very nice things about him and was not surprised by his analytical insights into my medication and history. My procedure was explained clearly as was the game plan going forward. The process was handled with great compassion, and I highly recommend both Dr. Castor and Ohio Gastroenterology!

My appt. was quick and professional. I waited less than 5 min. in waiting room. Once I was taken back the prep was quick. I was wheeled to procedure room right on time. Nurses and doctor were kind and professional. I arrived for my colonoscopy at 10:30 and left their office to go home by 12:10pm. Will not hesitate to use the Westerville location again in future.

He does what he says he is going to do!
I am a long term Crohnes patient. He approaches the disease as a challenge, and he is going to do what he feels best on the patient's behalf. He listens and openly discusses the situation at hand. When you are with him he makes you feel like you are his only patient.

Excellent Doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Castor!
Dr. Castor is an excellent GI doctor. He listens, observes, communicates, has a personality, and also willing to proactively discontinue previous unnecessary medications (or that may cause side effects or cancer, etc.). I highly recommend Dr. Castor!
