I liked Dr. Jones however, his office staff is completely incompetent. What I have been through the last few months with them is unbelievable. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I sat at Saint Joseph for an hour and a half for a CT while they were trying to get the order from his office, which was supposed to have already been sent and they never did get it so I had to drive back to Wilmington Island from Saint Joe with no CT performed. He may be unaware of how incompetent some of the people in his office are but he needs to get a handle on it. This is only a small example from the last few months.
