I’m shocked by the negative comments about this doctor. 8 years ago he was the only surgeon in the metroplex willing to do what was my 18th major abdominal surgery. I went through over 20 years of surgeries every 18-24 months apart. Dr. Henry totally restored me to normal functioning and I haven’t had an issue in going on ten years. He’s the best of 5 surgeons I’ve had.

Reading prior reviews, it seems clear Dr. Henry isn't always a good personality match for his patients. However, he is very professional and does care tremendously for his patients and his work. Dr. Stanley Henry and Dr. Kristen Arnold gave me my second lease on quality life. And I can certainly compare their work to that of less competent physicians.

I would give negative stars if I could. This surgeon, more so than many physicians with whom I interact has a huge narcissistic problem and a God complex. He did not listen to my concerns, was paternalistic and pedantic, and I currently have him under review for gross negligence for not listening to me and my concerns, which led to significant medical issues following surgery and poor follow up from him. He told me during my post op follow up how much he dislikes the clinic work!
