Dr. Fradkin, and his team is te best. They’re make you feel like you’re part of them. Today was my 2nd intervention and I’m excited about the treatment. During the process I can talk, laugh and ask all the questions I want and the Dr answers them all very friendly and profesional. I really recommend him. I’m very happy.

This office operates like a well-oiled machine. All my appointments have been on time, Dr. Fradkin and his staff are so friendly and professional. Although I was very nervous before my first procedure, it went well and so did the next two. I have 2 more next week. I am very happy to discover Metro Vein Center and am looking forward to no more achy legs and leg cramps.

I had my first visit today at Metro Vein Clinic in Coppell, Texas. I had an ultrasound on my legs and got all the information I needed from Dr. Fradkin. I have had sclerotherapy many times, but I learned that there are additional kinds of procedures that get to the root of the problem. Although insurance does not cover spider veins, Medicare plus my supplemental plan will cover the most important procedures I need at 100%!! And now I have all my appointments lined up and got some nice freebies. This is a very pleasant office with a wonderful, kind, attentive staff!

I had a very thorough examination at this location, and I must say it’s a lovely place. The office is impeccably clean, and the entire staff was not only helpful but also very friendly. I particularly want to commend Kim, the technician who performed my ultrasound. She had an exceptional ‘bedside manner’ and did a fantastic job of easing my nervousness with her warm smile and soft-spoken nature. She checked on me throughout the process and even assisted me in getting up from the table, which was a great relief for me due to my limited range of motion. Compassion and kindness in the medical field are becoming increasingly rare, so when I encounter it, it’s truly appreciated. I also want to give a special shout-out to Yesenia at the front desk, who went above and beyond. I highly recommend giving Dr. Fradkin and his team a try – they put forth excellent effort!
