I think Dr Cater is a good Doctor and has always been easy to talk to about my health. Amberlee is also very friendly and very thorough and is always helpful. Sadly that is where the professionalism ends. The Lady at the check in window is very rude and cannot do but one thing at a time and is so slow. I tried to call the office because I needed someone to send my prescriptions to my online drug store that wasn’t done 3 day’s earlier when I was there for my visit. 16 times I called and nobody answered the phone. I had to drive 15 minutes to the Doctor office and then again was greeted by a woman that has no business greeting patients. When I tried to explain why I was there she was tried telling me it would be a minute. It was 15 minutes. Lucky enough I seen Amberlee and ask her could she take care of getting my prescriptions sent and she agreed to take care of it. Once I get my prescriptions I will be changing Doctors. Sadly a good doctor has a staff that is running his patients

He found my rare and aggressive cancer in early stages. I went out to MD Anderson for treatment (Leiomyosarcoma). I wouldn’t be alive without him.

Dr. Cater has been my PCM for almost 10 years now. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and works together with me to keep my body healthy. For those who say he doesn't answer their questions, well you have to ask!
