I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, he seemed to dismiss what I was saying and quickly formed his own conclusions. This resulted in inaccurate notes that did not reflect my actual situation, which was both frustrating and unhelpful. Clear communication and attention to patient input are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my visit.

Poor treatment after major traffic nearby
I have used this office for 2 years. Had an appt today but roadwork has started causing extreme delays going to his office, and I was right at 30 mins late. Front desk told me my appt was cancelled after 15 mins. There was no one in the waiting area and one car in the parking lot. I explained the urgency of my visit (pain and swelling from a cyst) and was there no way to see me with no one in their waiting area and one car outside. They said no and didn’t even offer to reschedule. Unbelievably poor service. Just a month ago it took me nearly two weeks to get them to make the correct change to a Rx. I had to tell them where on the chart the dr wrote the change … and then they still sent the wrong Rx to the pharmacy. Took 4 phone calls across two weeks to rectify it. Like the dr but the service is just poor.

I saw him less than a handful of times. I was transfered to him when my Dr retired while I was having a major surgery. I had to go see him for after surgery follow up and when I hobbled in staples from breast bone to below belly button- I gave the receptionists my info and past scripts. And informed ot take a seat. One girl calls my name and as Im getting up to go to her she yells across the lobby the name of my script and that this dr refuses to prescribe it and it's not something he will allow. Then says my insurance had been used to it's maximum for the year (because of the surgery, pre tests n exams etc) and that to see him I needed 250 up front. Knowing full well that was impossible. Not to mention rude to inform me and everyone else in the lobby. I sucked it up and went back and was used as a test -teaching subject for a following student. Instead of listening to me and taking me serious he chose to speak to her about me. I gave him one more chance. 3rd time he looks at my file and says he wants to refer me to a colleague for exploratory heart surgery. I was shocked and asked if there was something wrong with my heart. He says, "Not that I can see but that's what the surgery is for to see if there is something wrong." Uh NO. He didnt even know me. Didnt care about me as a patient or he would have known I had just had a majory surgery and the last thing i would want would be another surgery, and made me feel I was only good for carving up, for the fun of it. The staff was rude and arrogant. And Dr Edmond was arrogant as well with no bedside manner what so ever. There is nothing wores than being scared to death after two major surgeries at once and having your new doctor speak to you in a condescending manner and treat you as if you're nothing but a walking wallet.

Terrible Professional
While attending for my first visit he insisted that my chest pain at my age was incorrect and that everybody in my family from what I was telling him would have died off already. His front desk told me to bring my paper work for the appointment to only be chastised by him for having too much. I begin to tell him my family history and how my military father has the same condition and suggests a stress test. He begins to say that stress test are for people who have had major heart attacks. I was a previous biology grad with a minor and exercise & health, and we completed stress test on each other all the time in different classes. Do not waste your time here unless you need a referral but if you get one just be ready to be met with great difficulty.

Bad Vibe
I made my first and last visit to see this doctor. As a new patient, I'd at least like a "Hello how are you" asked of me when you walk in the room. I'd also expect you to also ask about my history and what all has been successful in my treatment and what hasn't. Instead, he walked in, very arrogant I may add and proceeded to read me the riot act about what to do for my condition. How do you know what I've done and what level of knowledge I already have? This place felt like nothing more than a money pit. No thank you!
