Dr. Buckmire is just fantastic! My vocal chords were damaged from Covid-19, and he did a full evaluation, explaining every step along the way. He showed me where the damage is, and why my voice is so degraded. We came up with a treatment plan, and he answered all of my questions with patience and interest. I learned a lot about how vocal chords work, and clearly understand the process it will take to regain some of my voice. Dr. Buckmire and his staff are top-notch! Everyone communicated and listened well, something that is so valuable in a medical setting. Thank you, Dr. Buckmire!

Dr. Buckmire sat down and looked me in my eyes when we talked and he explained what was going on with me and the surgical procedure. He never rushed out of the room. His bedside manner is impeccable. He is professional at all times. He doesn't stand, he sits and listens. He genuinely cares. Also, he has a good handshake, firm grip and looks you in the eyes, to me that is a trait of a man who can be trusted.
