Dr. Belser has a real gift of making you feel comfortable when answering all of my concerns. He answered all my questions and has a great sense of humor that helps to put you at ease. He has a conservative approach but is very thorough and is following up with a second ultrasound to recheck everything to see how things compare to the first . Thank you to the staff and Dr. Belser for a pleasant experience!

Communicated what Dr. Rosenberg could/or would not. Understood the difficulties and concerns I have and tried to help the best he could. Responded to questions timely on the portal and communicated effectively. Made me feel like a person, and spoke to me as the intelligible being I am by not dismissing my concerns or complaints, and directed me accordingly.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and took a conservative approach to my issue. Follow up phone call from Dr. Belser himself day after radiology study concerning results, which greatly eased my mind.

My overall satisfaction with the medical care that I received from Dr. Belser is very high...my disappointment is with the billing practices. I paid my copay and saw Dr. Belser...he said he needed to have my hearing checked to complete his diagnosis, and walked me into the office next to his. What he didn’t tell me was that the hearing test would be billed as a totally separate service...and would require a separate copay. I didn’t find that out until received a follow up bill in the mail.

Dr. Belser Thanks so much for your visit with us. My big complaint is why we can not schedule tests immediately. Telling us we will receive times and dates via U.S. mail is ridiculous. This is the first time we have encountered such an antiquated process. No need for this. We should know before we leave your office when tests are scheduled. Not happy with any of this!!!!!! We need to know this before a surgical process. Your staff should be able to call and schedule tests.!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Belser is the nicest physician I've met. He is pleasant, talks loudly enough for those with hearing impairment and tells you what he is doing. Can't say enough good things about my first impression of Dr Belser.
