Cancelled appointment after waiting 3 months
I had been referred to him by my primary care physician and could not get an appt for 3 months. My issues have progressively gotten worse as I got closer then he canceled 5 days ahead of time after waiting 3 months to see him. No reason other than he wouldn't be in town. They said they could get me rescheduled but not until 3 more months out. It's just heart issues right? No big deal. Let's hope I don't have any issues before I get to see a different doctor because there should be liability for him.

Placed 2 stents in my husband, on 5/16/2017. He was amazing and clear in his explanations and instruction. Have to thank Digantkumar I. Paghdal, M.D. and Arunkeel as well. Everyone was professional, thorough and caring. Ditto the staff at Cox South. Thanks to them all.

He acted bothered by questions being asked. Felt like he wasn't taking things seriously. His ego entered the room before he did, poor bedside manner. When I told him I can't take certain meds he prescribed it any way. He's repeating a test that has already been done that he stated was nothing to worry about. He acted like he had no clue why I was there, when we talked about the test and he said it was no big deal, I asked why was I there then, he shrugged his shoulders. I wouldn't recommend him!

I am a retired RN. Really hate being a patient and am very anxious about being the recipient of health care. Tend to be pretty critical. Office very clean, staff very nice and caring. Dr. Robbie was great. He contacted me personally 3 times. Twice with test results and once when I was having some problems. That is the first time I have had a physician do this. He took time to explain things and allowed me time to ask questions. Unusual in health care today. Highly recommend Dr. Robbie.
