I was very impressed with Dr Senter. He listened to me and asked questions that I knew he heard me. Did not rush in and out, I’m excited to have him as my new cardiologist. His staff was friendly and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 6 months for my appt. Dr Senter came in and spent 5 minutes with me. I explained my entire situation the last 2 years, my concerns & what was working so far. Dr Senter dismissed my concerns, did not listen well, and literally told me I insulted him and he walked out 5 minutes into our appointment. I am still unsure how I insulted him? He asked me what I wanted him to do for me since there was "nothing wrong with me". I politely said, " you went to school for cardiology, I am the patient, I am looking for you to care since I am concerned". That is when he walked out . 5 minutes. He did not look me in the eyes the entire appointment. I waited 6 months to be treated with utter disrespect, poor medical care, and horrendous bedside manner.

Very patient and Explains Things Well
My Dad has been a patient for years and my Dad is not an easy patient for anyone. Dr. Senter does a great job relating to his patients and informing them of all options. He has done an excellent job maintaining my Dad’s meds and making him feel like they are partners working together for the best possible outcome.

Not a good experience with Dr Sentor and staff. Met several times and heard advice from doctor then shared my concerns. They were ignored. When I agreed to pay for testing price was quoted then billed 50% higher. This has been a real hardship for me as self paying patient. Later his staff prescribed meds that would have done more harm if not corrected by a third party.

I was referred to Dr Senter. He was fine. Had no issues with him. But once I had to see his PA. I was feeling awful and stumbling all the time after starting a new medicine.. When they made my appointment they made it with the PA. After checking me and me telling him how I was feeling, his response was "I don't know what to tell you" and did nothing for me. I went to another cardiologist and he adjusted my medicine and within a week I was feeling so much better. Lack of concern at Walker left me with a VERY bad opinion. Would never recommend.

Wasn't called back until an hour after my appointment time. DR. Senter was wholly unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the entire appointment time with him. Had no consideration for my time but refused to answer any more questions or to discuss anything after 20 minutes. At which point he informed me that he was done talking to me and walked out of the room. Treated me as if I were unintelligible and unworthy of his time.

As a primary care physician, I only trust the best NWA has to offer in cardiology services. We are blessed to have Dr Senter serving NWA and I am happy to report that all of my patients come back to me and comment that they were very pleased with his staff and especially his expertise. I reccomend Dr Senter to family, friends and all of my patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Senter's for several years and recommend him highly. I'm completely confident in his expertise and find him very communicative. However, I'm extremely disappointed that he has left Northwest Medical for employment with Walker Heart/Washington Regional, as their support level is vastly inferior -- so much so that I feel forced to seek an alternative.

Incredible cardiologist, brilliant and talented. Under his care for over two years. I have had numerous procedures and trust him as well as his nurse, dana, whole heartedly. Very doubtful that I would be here today without him!
