The thing that stood out most about my visit is the efficiency of the practice and follow up. Every doctor's office has a problem now and again, but Dr. Dickerman's office runs smoothly, and any follow up items are delivered promptly. The staff is ready and able to answer questions.

Dismissive and cruel. Does not listen. Bad person
He’s a very arrogant and dismissive doctor. My wife was appalled by his behavior. Does not listen. He was a second opinion. Won’t use him.

Highly knowledgeable and compassionate.
Dr. Dickerman had read and was very familiar with my medical history before my appointment. He explained things well, including showing me images of my MRI and pointing out areas of concern. He requested a follow-up MRI and had a treatment plan for me. Highly professional. I have great confidence in him. His office staff was terrific also.

Lower Spinal Surgery
1st Surgery went great but ended up with an infection. It took almost 3 months before the doctor finally went back in to clean out the infection. I was disappointed and discouraged by that time as his staff never seemed to listen to my concerns until the infection was in my spinal cord and it was almost to late.

Great doctor
Well he has already operated once on my back so there is no one else I would go back to to get another surgery on my back. I’ve already referred my twin brother and now he had an appointment next week.

Dr Rob is the best brain doctor in the world!!!!
He is the best in the whole world!!! Always takes great care of you, explains your condition and what he is doing or recommends very thoroughly. He saved my life after first doctor (Dr Salinas) messed up my head and it had to be fixed a year and half later. Got an excellent staff and I wouldn’t trust my brain or spine with anyone else.

Awesome doc and staff!!!
Dr. Dickerman has a great bedside manner and gives thorough explanations in easy to understand language. He involves you in his thought process and you feel included in your treatment plan. I’ve had 4 surgeries with him and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is amazing and everyone there really cares about you and your health. Outstanding practice!

Great staff and great doctor!
The staff friendliness and most important Dr. Dickerman was very attentive to my back problems / pain. I can not be more encouraged He and the doctors he refers me to will find a solution, to reduce if not eliminate, my back pain! Very pleased and optimistic that they will do all legal and possible!

Excellent experience!!
I found Dr. Dickerman and his team professional, knowledgeable, focused on my needs as a patient and were very friendly throughout the pre-surgery appointments, the surgery itself and post-surgery appointments. The results have been incredible! I highly recommend Dr. Dickerman and his Neuro Texas team. Thanks to all of them and especially to Dr. Dickerman.

Second Opinion
I went to Dr. Dickerman for a second opinion on my back issues and by the time I left there I had decided that he is now going to be my back doctor and not just a second opinion! He’s extremely nice and patient and explain things fully and well to you.

Wonderful Doctor!
Did my surgery last year. Also treated several family members. Wonderful surgeon/physician; he cares about his patients, great bedside manner, and talks straight where you understand without a lot of 'doctor words'. All of his staff are wonderful, too! Highly recommend!

The best there is
Dr Dickerman operated on my back 10 years ago and I have been pain free since. I recently had a neck injury and Dr Dickerman was able to see immediately what was going on and resolve the pain. I would never go to a different neurosurgeon. He is the best!

Confident & Caring Neurosurgeon & Team
I was experiencing sciatic nerve pain down my leg and was overthinking what might be happening. Dr. Dickerman and his PA, Aimi, heard my concerns and with empathy quickly evaluated my issue. Dr. Dickerman treated me like family and diagnosed my problem. Nerve and back pain are scary issues, but when I left the office, I felt like they removed the weight of the world from my shoulders. Highly recommend him!! Thank you so much! I have a treatment plan in hand and the confidence to overcome.
