Dr White is the best,better than all the rest

Brash!! Shouted questions about whether I had any artificial parts, then froze over 35 spots on arms and scalp without any comment. Was after good billing to Medicare. Waiting room size of a bus station and treatment just as indifferent. Expatient, Rock Hill

Dr. White saw me on time, checked my whole body and answered my questions. No complaints from me.

He is only interested in cosmetic procedures as they bring in the repeat customers and big money. He has no time for the petty stuff like skin Cancers.

I don't know who ishe less professional, the Dr. or his incompetent nurses. I had to find out my lesion was cancerous from the surgeons office when they called to schedule the appt to remove it. I called twice for results...no call back...I called the recaptioning to get an answerror. The Dr. called after 7pm.....made no sense...I think he drinks his meals from a flask. His nurses are even worse....yes thank goodness the receptionist can read squamous cell. Avoid entire office ...idiots !

Dr. White spent a ton of time with me answering all my questions about my rash and also getting Botox or Juvederm. Have never had a cosmetic procedure done before and he was super patient and kind explaining everything to me. I will definitely be back to have those procedures done. I'm excited! Thanks, Dr.White and your awesome staff!

YOU DON'T KNOW DR. WHITE IF YOU WONDER -why he repeats himself and talks loud--SO YOU CAN REMEMBER HIS WORDS AND GET BETTER. - why he consults other docs on complex cases -SO YOU CAN GET BETTER - why he was only one of 4 skin docs- to correctly diagnose and treat my daughter-BECAUSE HE CARES, LISTENS AND USED HIS VAST TRAINING , EXPERTISE AND SHARP INTELLECT TO HELP HER GET BETTER!!! IF STATE OF THE ART METHODS, INTELLECT AND SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU- LOOK NO FURTHER or.. GO WASTE YOUR TIME

My wife has been a patient here for several years and has never had a problem, until today. The nurse practitioner brought in Dr. Richard White, whom she had never met, for a second opinion. It went downhill from there. During the exchange Dr. White treated my wife like dirt. He was dismissive, lacked bedside manner and even raised his voice to her at one point. Afterwards, my wife called me in tears, which has never happened after ANY of medical appointments. Unacceptable.

We recently moved to SC. and Dr. White was recommended to our family as as good Dermatologist. In a routine visit Dr White found something that needed to be removed. I was extremely impressed with how professional yet caring Dr. White and his staff was. I would highly recommend Dr. White. He is truly a great Dermatologist.
