Dr. Timothy Woodall, MD

Dr. Woodall is the best dermatologist I have ever known and that is many !

It has taken me nearly 2 years to finally write this. I was recommended to this Dr. by my Insurance. Dr. Woodall was jovial on my first visit to correct a benign growth on my skull. He froze the growth. After 2 weeks, it became infected. I called the office and requested his partner, Dr. White, take over. When I showed up for my appointment, Dr. Woodall walked in. He was immediately surly with me. I attempted to explain my reason for dissatisfaction and reason for requesting another Doctor at the practice. He disregarded that. His final words to me were: ' I Am a Doctor and You Are Nothing!' I left, extremely upset! The infection was subsequently treated by my Primary Care Doctor.

Woodall is a good doctor. He listens & answers all of your questions. BUT, his business office and their practices are horrible. They have a sign that states: If you don't pay your copay at the time of service, you will be billed a $40 non-payment penalty. I had met my out of pocket expenses for the year & told the checkout person when I left so that I wouldn't get a $40 penalty bill. About a month later, I got a $40 penalty bill. There's more bad business stuff, not enough space for explaining

I have been a patient of Dr. Woodall for around 10 years. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. He takes the time that is needed to answer all your questions thoroughly. I wouldn't go to any other dermatologist and I recommend him to anyone seeking skin care.

This is my third year going to Dr. Woodall , he is excellent , he goes over everything with a fine tooth comb. He has great communications skill with the patient and will answer any questions that you have . He is fast but he is packed . My only concern is he needs to hire more staff to keep the flow of patients running smoothly .
