Find Someone Else
I have been a patient for 16 years, and I loved him as a doctor. Last few months I feel like he is not listening to me, keeps throwing medicine at you. When I asked to schedule a biospy because of the ongoing issues he refused, and sent me someone else, which will now take weeks to be seen. His actions (or lack of) forced me to find another provider. I think it's time Dr. Semeran retires.

Doesn’t Listen or Care
After being a patient for seven years and witnessing him harassing his nurses and his incompetence the last straw came when I started to have heavy bleeding. I tried explaining during a visit that took me a month to get and he would not listen. He did a biopsy and the office called and said it was normal (even though the bleeding was getting worse). I left the practice found an amazing doctor who within one appointment found a tumor and started treatment. My advice run before he kills someone!

Initially I really liked Dr. Semeran. He was pleasant and caring in the office during my prenatal care. Rough with exams and rude during delivery. Told me, “you’re not pushing hard enough” (I’m a Labor & Delivery nurse… apparently he had somewhere to be). At 6 week follow-up appointment I asked him about having my tubes tied and he said, “you’re too young for that” and promptly turned his back and walked out of the exam room (I was just shy of 31 years old, two previous miscarriages). I have never had a doctor be so dismissive. I never returned.

Treats his nurse horribly. Rough exams that leave you in pain and bleeding. He should be investigated. Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever

Dr. Semeran is the best! Very personable and compassionate towards both myself and my baby's needs. Even with complications during pregnancy and delivery I was comfortable with his ability to make everything okay. Over all he exceeded all of my expectations for a doctor in his field of Obstetrics & Gynecology. I would recommend him to my friends or closest family and I have.

I have been a patient of Dr. Semeran for over 20 years. I have found him to be very attentive, honest and caring. His staff is excellent. It is a small practice where they really get to know you. He is very up to date with the current medical advances and easy to talk to about your concerns.

Have been a patient of Dr. Semeran’s for 25 years. He is caring, professional and never rushes me along, careful to address any issues I may have. He has been my doctor through two pregnancies. His staff is always friendly and professional. I’d recommend anyone seeking an OB/Gyn specialist to make an appt to see Dr. Semeran.

Called on a Monday around noon, got a message that they were on lunch. I left a message for them, stating the problem I was having (which I needed to be seen urgently for.) Tried calling again before they closed and was told they had left early, and left another message. Never heard back from anyone until Thursday. This is unacceptable especially considering the problem I had been having. I had to schedule and go to an appointment with a different doctor at a different practice. Will not return.

Dr Semeran is very caring and concerned about both my partner and I being comfortable during our prenatal visits. Most of the staff are very friendly, and have remembered me since our first visit. I had complications early in my pregnancy and the nurses always returned phone calls very quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that occasionally the staff aren't fully prepared at my appointments, requiring me to help provide info about previous visits or sometimes delaying test results.

I have never had a more uncomfortable, belittling, and disrespectful experience with a doctor. I'd been experiencing trouble with chronic pain and all of my concerns were belittled. I was told months of being in pain without knowing the cause wasn't a big deal and that I needed to push past it. Every concern was met with condescension. He also made comments about my looks which were meant to be complimentary but made me extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, I will not be seeing Dr. Semeran
