Front desk
Called in January for an appointment didn’t have one till June waited six months gave them all my insurance information. They told me it was accepted. Then when I got there, they said I needed a referral or pay $350. I spoke to them two different times on the phone both times they told me it was accepted! HORRIBLE BACKWARDS SERVICE! I need,needed help!

Amazing Bedside Manners
Dr Ospina is an excellent doctor who treats his patients with care. He is gentle and explains with details.I was very nervous with my recent diagnosis and he took the time to educate me about all my healthcare options, which helped me tremendously.I HIGHLY recommend Dr Richard Ospina as a Neurologist.

Love, love, love Dr. Ospina. As a family nurse practitioner, I refer patients to him frequently. But several members of his front desk staff and just super hostile ALL THE TIME. If they cancel an appt b/c he is going to be "out of town," after I've taken off work, no big deal. If I cancel because my car is not running due to recent flooding, BIG DEAL. Further, instead of just stating the cancellation policy, the front desk staff want to berate you for your cancellations. If this occurred at my practice, they'd be looking for new jobs.

Dr. Richard Ospina is a excellent Neurologist. He is honest, trustworthy, caring, fabulous bedside manners, finds the root of the problem then the solution. He takes time with his patients and listens. His communication skills are marvellous. I can't say enough how he helped and is still helping our Mother and has put our family at ease. Thank you so very much Dr Richard Ospina.

Professional, treat patient with respect and fairness. Also listen and understand exactly my condition and pain that affects my everyday life. Pleasant to speak with and very empathetic. I am bless i found a right doctor. I been seeing him for 10 years and will continue to do so.

Incompetent Doctor is the only description. Will not listen and lied about doing a peer review with my insurance company for an MRI. Ended up in the ER and was admitted to the hospital with severe L4-L5 herniation which I had been complaining about for weeks. Because of Doctor Opina's failed diagnosis even after an emergency spinal fusion I am left with Chronic nerve damage in my left leg for life. Fortunately once in the hospital I received care from real Doctors that really cared and listened.
