My daughter was treated at Henrico Doctor's Hospital and admitted to the hospital for a short time for observation. The hospital accepted her insurance. The Hospital and ER doctor bill were covered by her insurance but the hospital doctor that signed her paperwork to discharge her submitted a $988 bill that was not covered by insurance. it says it was a Dr. Richard Kolb but we never actually even saw him. It comes from a group called James River Hospitalist LLC.
