Dr.Defrancisci it is an extraordinary sugeon ! Working with 1 inch diameter hammer drill i twist CCW my R Hand and all my muscle on the wrist and in the palm were damaged , collapsing across the carpal tunnel and interrupt the communication between brain decisions and hand. Basically i do not have any grip in my hand or very low but uncontrolled . My brain decide to take something in my hand but the hand did not react accordingly( no perception of how to weight and what grip /force to use). In this situation NOBODY were able or willing to repair my hand , moving from Virginia to SoCal and from there to Cico where Dr White refuse to treat me becouse of WC . In this very hard situation and without any help Dr Defrancisci decisions it save my future !!! He explain and show me what is going on, it start the surgery at Feather River Hospital in Paradise and rehab after that . My hand it was repaired by this EXTRAORDINARY DOCTOR and his staff !!! I do not have enough THANKS for him !l

March 24 th 2015 I was playing basket ball at the rec center.and tore my Achilles tendon in half.complete mop head rupture.went to feather river hospital. Dr.Defrancisci did my repair. was in a full leg cast 2 months, on crutches for 3 months .& did my own stretch therapy and rehab on my own because Dr.D gave me confidence I could do it .9 months later because of Defrancisci I'm walking perfect!! No limp. Nothing!! Dr.D is a incredible surgeon Rob Starling.I am proof! if you need it.
