Doc Ballantyne performed a surgical robotic repair of a large hernia in late September. He was great to talk to regarding the surgery & recovery process. Results of the surgery was 10/10, no problems whatsoever & healing process was exactly as explained. ANY other general surgery I may need in the future will be performed by Doc Ballantyne. Easy to talk to & skilled surgeon.

Excellent Surgeon-Staff-After Care
Dr. Ballantyne spent the time I needed to thoroughly explain the process of my surgery and my recovery. Follow up questions prior to surgery were answered almost immediately by nursing staff. Same with questions post surgery and with follow up visits. Thank you Dr. Ballantyne and staff!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ballantyne. He is an amazing surgeon and a compassionate, caring and highly knowledgeable and skilled doctor. I had him perform a hiatal hernia repair with Nissen fundoplication and was extremely pleased with the results. I had no idea how much better I would feel following the surgery, and my recovery went extremely well. Dr. Ballantyne is thorough in answering your questions and explains things very well. He cares about his patients and follows up with them and makes himself available. The medical profession could certainly use more surgeons and doctors like Dr. Ballantyne.

After more than a year of fatigue and random back pain I was referred to Dr. Ballantyne by my primary care physician. After an initial consultation he suspected my gallbladder was to blame and ordered some tests. The tests confirmed that my gallbladder was not functioning properly and we scheduled a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Dr. Ballantyne was very professional and reassuring every step of the way. Several weeks after the surgery I feel great and I'm grateful to Dr. Ballantyne and his team for a successful outcome.

Dr. Ballantyne performed incisional hernia surgery with the DaVinci ‘robot’. Initial appointment was pleasant and informative. Staff was nice and helpful with the whole process. Dr met before surgery in PreOp and took an unscheduled phone call from me after surgery. Post Op appointment went well also. My wife and I are pleased with the professionalism and kindness of staff and the passion of Dr Ballantyne regarding surgery, particularly the DaVinci technology. Thank you!!
