I was referred to Dr. Ortiz and I am so glad I was! From the first day I walked into his office, until the last, my experience with Dr. Ortiz, and his entire staff exceeded my expectation! I don't consider myself a very good patient due to several bad experiences with other medical professionals and/or the staff, so I was somewhat apprehensive. Not so with this office. He and his team explained the procedures and what I could expect over time including the best outcome to potential concerns. I had the best results. Dr. Ortiz provided his number as well as reached out to me to make sure I was doing well and if I had any questions or concerns. I also to wish to express my appreciation for the care and consideration I received from Eric and Joshua! They were assuring, patient, and really listened to my fears and concerns. I could not have asked for a better team! While I don't know if I will ever need his services again, I won't hesitate to reach out to this office.

He took time to listen and answer my questions. He checked on me after my surgery and he continued to answer my questions. You won't find a better doctor.
