Dr. Scott is a very good dentist. I am 65 and I've been to a lot of different dentists and Dr. Scott rates top A, number 1 with me. He is skilled, kind, efficient, professional, and the best I've seen in my 65 years. So glad I found him and so glad he's my dentist. This man knows what he's doing!

My father has his all his upper tooth removed and required dentures. On his medication profile one of the medication listed was a blood thinner. The staff did not bother to contact my father’s doctor for medical release. It took almost 3weeks of me going back and forth to get it resolved. No one took accountability to following thru. Next, the attendant at the time stated he would need a lower partial denture as well.I was given a cost sheet which annotated complete denture. I asked if this was the total bill she stated yes. If I hadn’t insisted on going back with my father, he would’ve only received the upper denture. And would have to complete the scanning at a later time. Today, my father had a 9am apt. After waiting in the lobby for 30min, my father ask if he was not being seen. He was then informed that the lab didn’t deliver the dentures. No one bothered to call and/or inform us at or before arrival. And you can never get the office on the phone. My father can’t chew his food.

I have been seeing Dr. Scott for years and have always had great experiences. I followed him from his former practice to his new one and would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a new dentist.

Horrible, terrible experience! I would not recommend this practice to anyone after the way that I was treated as a potential new patient last year. I went to Mahan Dental in anticipation of seeing my regular dentist, who inadvertently left the practice and the staff did not notify me before my arrival at a scheduled appointment. Upon receiving my dental cleaning I was told that I would be examined by another dentist which I had never even heard of before. I found this to be an unethical practice for failure to notify me in advance of this situation. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between my dental insurance company and this new dentist which resulted into a billing nightmare. The staff at Mahan Dental office would not return my messages that I left for them. My insurance company paid the claim last year, which I received a copy of this payment as verification, but the staff at Mahan Dental office somehow never received the payment or lost the payment. Rather than the billing

Dr Scott was not a good dentist at all. He used my dental benefits & never gave me all my Options, he only did what he wanted to do. He gave the Worst Dental service, don’t ever get any Dental Service or Care from Dr Scott with Faith Dental in Tallahassee FL!!!!!! My teeth are Messed up because of Dr Scott!!!!

Took Dr Scott 51/2 hours to do a root canal on my wife. Would work on her for 15 minutes and then leave for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes during the whole procedure! Was under gas for so long that she got a severe headache and had to give her oxygen. When temporary crown was put on she was advised not to chew on that side "because it will fall off"???? Scared to death to return for permanent crown but we were stuck due to insurance. Allowed him to put in permanent crown. Has complained that it did not feel right and has been biting tongue and cheek for 4 months! Went to have teeth cleaned at a different office today and x-ray shows that the crown is cracked and she was told by staff there that crown was too big for her mouth. Never, never, never think about stepping in this office!

When I first visit Dr. Scott I had a good experience with him the first couple of times going to him but I don't know what happened over the years he's done a root canal for me which after months of having the root canal I was experiencing horrible pain that I kept taking pain medication for but it never got any better after about two years of having the root canal I went back to him only to learn that the root canal had failed and the tooth had to be removed which left me with the empty space in my mouth didn't learn from that experience I went back for more work nevertheless I had bad experience with that work as well so my advice to you if you have never visit Doctor Scott for anyting please save yourself the pain and a headache and don't my oral health is still experiencing pain from procedures that he has done if you have to go for a tooth extraction that's the only thing I'll let him do a cleaning teeth anything major surgery root canal crowns run far away from dr. Scott office

I had bad experiences with Dr. Scott's work. His staff were not friendly and his building is really old. I wanted him to put a crown on a tooth that was not straight with the others on my bottom teeth. He ended up having to do a root canal because he filed my tooth down into the nerve. Then the crown was not the right shade, so he ordered another one and for one thing the crown had a metal infused in it so the edge of the crown was real dark. I would not recommend him to anyone ever. He was rude
