Sloppy procedure in ED
Needed sutures. MD was sloppy (no sterile field, did not wash wounds out properly, suture needle flopping around everywhere, 'sterile field' was his lap.) He didn't wait for numbing medication to take effect. Wounds were poorly done, took forever to heal (healthy 22 year old with zero medical issues). Had to do several follow up visits when I got home with wound care due to poor job. I am in healthcare and my mom (who was there) is a RN with ED and urgent care experience for more than 30 years and she was dumbfounded by his 'technique'. I'd run if he walked in my room again.

What's the Purpose in Having a primary???
Been a Patient of Dr. Mouslly for 10 years until he retired and Dr HernandezJr. took over. About 2 weeks ago had 6 month blood work done. No response from office. Just recently was in an auto accident. Sought treatment at walk in clinic. Then called Family medical for a follow up on my injuries. Explained I was a paient etc. Was told I could have an appointment in approx 5 months. I voiced my displeasure by replying what's the sense in having a primary doctor. The receptionist hung up on me. End of review.

Good doctor with great bedside manner
Dr. Hernandez office staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Hernadez is very friendly and takes his time with his patients and is a good listener on your issues.
