Dr. Rex Ragsdale, MD

Dr. Ragsdale treated both of my parents the past several years. My mom was diagnosed with a very serious and rare disease during that time. Dr. Ragsdale was exceptional with his communication, knowledgeable, honest, patient and caring. He was ethical and made thoughtful referrals when appropriate. He is truly, the best doctor we have encountered and we feel extremely lucky to have met him.

I had no problem getting an appointment. The office staff was great!!! I called early morning to try to get same day appointment, but there was no availability. I explained my problem and asked if they would call me if there was a cancellation. About 2 hours later I got call asking if I still needed a same day appointment because there had been a cancellation for that afternoon. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I was a new patient so I had all that paperwork to fill out; otherwise, I might have been finished more quickly. Dr Ragsdale immediately put me at ease. He was very thorough and efficient. I did not feel rushed. I felt confident that he would help me to the very best of his ability because he genuinely cared.

He is very personable and listens to my complaints. You can see him in deep thought as he tries to diagnose you. I highly recommend!

One of the best things about Dr Ragsdale was that you were not rushed as most geriatric patients are when visiting a doctor. He was kind, considerate, listened to your problems and asked questions if he was not sure what you meant. I spent almost 2 hrs with him on my initial visit and can't ever recall another doctor who spent that much time with me as a new patient.
