The wait was ridiculous. The staff working were not very friendly or sincere when asked about the wait time. My main concern was not addressed (nerve pain), I felt like a hamburger at a fast food restaurant. Not very reassuring or caring. The entire follow up appointment was negative experience.

I have been very happy with the care I received from Dr. Lufrano. He is extremely knowledgeable about his specialty. He explains everything thoroughly and honestly. I never feel rushed during my appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr Lufrano.

Even though the Doctor wasn’t able to address my immediate issues, he is very knowledgeable. honest and pleasant. I was impressed with his acumen on procedures/conditions that aren’t an “every day occurrence” and/or specialty for him!

I’m Eduardo Ramirez due to his lack of professionalism He left me stranded did not do surgery on me no I will loose a lot of movement on my ankle y will have arthritis for the rest of my life thanks
