Dr Goodreau failed to diagnose my endometriosis and tried to prevent me from seeking another opinion by denying me access to my medical records and telling my surgeon I wasn't a good candidate. I got a second opinion and surgery in June 2019. The result was pathology confirmed endometriosis, which was excised from all over my bladder, pelvic sidewall and two other locations. I suffered from painful periods for decades and infertility for two years. It took my menstrual cycle two months to normalize. By the end of November I was pain free and pregnant. I'm now 11 weeks into a healthy pregnancy. Do not waste time with Dr Goodreau if you have endometriosis or adenomyosis. You deserve better than to be in miserable pain and infertile like I was. I cannot describe the anguish that was compounded by her callousness. She has moved from private practice to the hospital system. Patients who encounter her be aware that as a diagnostician she is severely lacking.

I thought Dr. Goodreau had was very nice and caring. I am not sure where the few negative reviews come from. Please keep in mind that sometimes peoples personalities just class. Communication is a big factor. I communicated what my wishes were and all though she recommended something else, she respected my wishes.

I was in a lot of pain. Goodreau accused me of wanting pain medication because I reported to her I was having side pain at three separate visits. After this I switch doctors, but she made sure to let me know she would be letting the new doctor know I wanted pain medication. Well turns out I have an advance form of gallbladder cancer that has spread. If she would of done her job I might of had more time with my children.

Love love love her! I'm so sad I moved to Arizona and cannot return to her for my second baby. She was amazing and super sweet throughout my pregnancy. Very good bedside manner. Spent ample time with me each appointment and made me feel comfortable. My daughter decided to come a day earlier than scheduled, so dr goodreau did not deliver her, but she did come and check on me the next day. The best OB ever!
