Dr. Rekha Gandhi, MD

I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Recka Gandhi. She is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel heard and supported throughout the process. Her thorough approach and calm demeanor gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate and competent neurologist.

Was referred to Dr Gandhi from Orlando Neurosurgery - Very hard to get a person on the phone or get a call back - When I was finally able to to speak with someone I was offered a virtual appt as the doctor was leaving for a month - Provided the office with all information and they would be able to get MRI records from Orlando Neurosurgery - During the virtual appt Dr Gandhi told me I had a brain tumor (I don't), mentioned have seizure (I don't) and when I questioned if she had the right patient and reports from Orlando Neurosurgery because this was she had the wrong dates of the MRI reports, I was dismissed - Turned out she had the wrong patient file for me - Neither the doctor nor the office called to apologize about the mixed up and related trauma cause by telling me I had a tumor, when it was not the case - Needless to say I will be looking for a new neurologist to consult with as I cant trust a doctor that does not listen to the patient or take accountability

We have made numerous attempts to contact Dr. Ghandi over the last five months. Absolutely no response from her office. My husband‘s medication‘s are set to run out., and we still have not had a response from the office for renewing the script, and even the pharmacy has been unsuccessful. It is difficult to rate the remainder of the criteria below since what does it matter since the customer service of this physicians office is extremely poor? It was very easy to set the initial evaluation. After that, it has been “crickets.”.

Awful. Awful. Not professional at all, inconsistent with her patients, and has a very condescending attitude.

The doctor was completely unprepared for our appointment. I felt completely unheard and rushed. She offered me no advice on how to handle my health concerns. When I brought her research I had found, she couldn't provide any insight. She spent the appointment talking over me and rushing me out the door. Waited 30 minutes to spend not even 10 with the doctor.

Very poor interaction with patient. She acted like I was infringing on her lunch hour. Saying I had 15 minutes of her time would be generous. She had no alternatives to present me with, and I was obviously in a lot of pain.
